In January, a new administration moved into Trenton.And this month, many of the people who run New Jersey government day to day will get a big raise.Gov. Phil Murphy signed a bill in May boosting the salaries for members of his young Cabinet and other state officials and judges.About 30 employees from Murphy's administration and top staff from Republican and Democratic offices of the Senate and Assembly will see bumps of more than $30,000 a year.Even with that big pay bump, they're not the highest-paid state employees. That privilege perennially goes to the heads of state authorities and psychiatrists at state-run institutions.But the wages paid to members of the governor's administration, including these top aides and department heads, top $100,000.Here's a look at what Murphy earns, as well as prominent members of his administration:
